- How much do I have to pay for an estimate?
Estimates are at no cost to the you.
- Is Magic Hands Home Improvements licensed and insured?
Yes, we are licensed in Maryland, DC, Virginia and West Virginia. We are insured to the fulliest extend of the law.
- Do I get a warranty on the work that is done on my home?
All work comes with a full 1 year warranty. If you find anything that is not done to your quality or standard, we will come back and fix it at our cost.
- Can I get references for the work you have done in the past?
We will be happy to provide you with several references. Most of our past clients are happy to listed with us as references.
- How much experience does Magic Hands have with renovation?
With over 10 years of experience with Winchester Homes as a quality inspector/foreman. We have experience in all aspects of building, renovating and custom woodwork.
- What kinds of payment plans are available....
- Can Magic Hands pull permits for me?
Either the home owner can pull their own permits or we will be happy to do this for you.
